Schneider Sharples Corporation    SSC

Organization


SSC is the parent corporation that holds stock ownership in the four engineering corporations,
SSE in Omaha, SSI in Dallas, ESE in Denver,
and ESS in Portland (*1).(See general history outline)

SSC acts as a central organizing hub to
accomadate coordination and communication between the four structural engineering corporations.Each engineering corporation is independently managed and acts as an
independent profit center. SSC is not an
engineering company. SSC promulgates coordination and association to enhance the association of the four seperate corporations.
Schneider Sharples Corporation was incorporated in 1994. The Omaha engineering office was created as a partnership in 1987.  The founding partners were Jerald A Schneider, Charles J Schneider, Stephen K Sharples.  In 1996 the partnership was disolved and the Omaha engineering office was Incorporated as "Schneider Structural Engineering, Inc" (SSE). In 1996 the majority stockholder in Schneider Structural Engineering, Inc was the newly created "Schneider Sharples Corporation".(See general history outline) .
